Description: I was hired as a First Hand for the draper Elizabeth Eisloeffel in the 2025 OTSL season build period. There were four other costume construction teams which I had the opportunity to work with to put together four complete operas: Die Fledermaus, designed by Robert Innes Hopkins; This House, designed by Montana Levi Blanco; Don Pasquale, designed by Marsha Ginsberg; and A Midsummer Night's Dream, designed by Emma Kingsbury. With my draper Elizabeth, we guided a group of three stitchers to distribute the workload of our assigned builds and alterations. I learned various ways in which I effectively communicate a process to another person, offer my own insight to a project,  adapt my process to best fit with others in a work environment, and how to map out a build among various people.
